Legal AIのグローバルリーダーである株式会社LegalOn Technologies（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表：代表取締役 執行役員・CEO 角田望）は、Theorem Legal Marketplaceが主催する「2025 Theorem Best LegalTech Software Awards」において、「Best Overall in Contract Review（契約レビュー部門総合最優秀賞）」に選出されました。

「Theorem Best LegalTech Software Awards」は、実際の導入実績、実売実績、プロダクトの利用状況に基づいて、最も影響力のあるリーガルテックソリューションを表彰するものです。Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) や Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) などの組織から得られたデータをもとに、専門的な視点による調査、採点、分析を経て選出されています。

 

今年のアワードでは、企業の法務チームが最も重要かつ時間を要する業務の一つである契約書レビューおよび修正の在り方を再定義し、スピード、正確性、一貫性をもつ「LegalOn」を評価しました。
